The Human Resources Office exists to provide competent, courteous, and professional assistance to all fulltime employees in all facets of personnel management. We strive to provide quality services to recruit, develop, motivate, train and retain a diverse workforce within a supportive work environment. Recognizing that our employees are our greatest asset, our goal is to create an employee relations environment of mutual respect and creative problem solving. We emphasize customer service, based on consultation and communication with supervisors, employees and the National Guard community. |
